• December 7 to February 26:  Update, delete, revise, add, and prioritize PBA requests in the PBA Online System

•  March 3-7:  Provost and VPs prioritize requests within their division

•  March 31-April 6:  Provost and VPs review proposed PBA allocations with their Leadership Teams

•  April:  PBA allocations finalized by Cabinet

•  April:  PBA allocations approved by President’s Council
