The Women's Success Center provides support, leadership, coaching, and advocacy for students. We work with students to remove barriers to graduation and navigate the landscape of higher education. Our services are available to all students on campus and to community members transitioning back to school.

Women of UVU

The Women of UVU is a student-run organization supported by the Women's Success Center. Their goal is to help women achieve success and persist toward graduation by providing a supportive, social community and connecting students to the resources they need through weekly drop-in activities and monthly socials. Success Coaching

Success Coaching is a one-on-one meeting with one of our team members. Talking through aspects of life that may impact your ability to succeed in school is critical to identify issues and address them before small speed bumps become road blocks on the path to graduation. By connecting students directly to resources in our campus and community network, students are empowered to continue down their path to graduation and finding their success.

Women's Leadership Academy

The Women’s Leadership Academy is a two-semester program beginning each fall that provides participants with knowledge and experience to build and refine their leadership skills through classroom experiences, hands-on leadership, mentorship, and coaching. Students can take part in the cohort experience or as a peer mentor.
