Utah Valley University Clinical (Supervised Clinical Practice Experience) Affiliation Agreement
Affiliation agreements are formal contracts between educational institutions and healthcare facilities. These agreements allow students who are participating in the UVU PA Program the opportunity to get practical experience in the clinical setting. The purpose of affiliation agreements is to identify the responsibilities and liabilities for each of the parties. They ensure that the practical experiences students get meet educational standards, and they ensure an appropriate learning environment away from the students’ home institution.
