Meeting basic needs like food, housing, health, and safety is vital to student success. The CARE Hub removes barriers to education by connecting students to the resources they need in all areas of their life so they can focus on learning. This includes everything from food and housing insecurity to childcare and transportation resources.

The UVU Food Pantry is available to students, faculty, and staff struggling with food
insecurity. We provide canned goods, boxed items, basic hygiene items, and several
baby products. Perishable items like produce, bread, and milk may also be available.
In addition to the Food Pantry, the CARE Hub also provides other resources to support
students facing food insecurity.

UVU has resources available to help students access housing and shelter. In addition
to our off-campus housing department, we are able to connect you to community programs
that support students facing housing insecurity.
Parenting while going to school can be a challenge. UVU has compiled a list of resources available to student parents, from childcare services and family-friendly study rooms to breastfeeding kits and lactation pods.
