Through Student Health Services, UVU students can access medical and psychiatric care, mental health services, learning disability assessment services, and crisis services.
Currently enrolled UVU students can access basic medical services, testing, and procedures with Medical Services. No insurance is required.
UVU has services across campus to support student health and can connect you to off-campus programs and offices where you can access healthcare.

Wellness Programs promote health and wellness for students, staff, and faculty at UVU. Educational and comprehensive events and services are available that promote wellness in all areas of life.

Health Coaching programs support multiple parts of student health, from nutrition and intuitive eating to managing individual health conditions. Many of our one-on-one sessions are free, and financial waivers are available for some programs if needed.

The Student Life & Wellness Center enriches the lives of students, faculty, and staff through recreation, wellness, and student engagement opportunities. Facilities include an indoor track, basketball courts, cardio and weight equipment, the Project Climbing Wall, and more. Membership is free to students enrolled in 10 credits or more.

Move your body and enjoy exercising with UVU’s fitness classes. Sessions range from yoga and Jiu Jitsu to Zumba, spin, and more. Classes are free to SLWC members or $8 per day.

The Outdoor Adventure Center offers equipment rentals, adventures and excursions, and other programs that open access to the outdoors. We build connection, cooperation, and community through outdoor recreational activities.

UVU developed an alcohol and drug policy to encourage and sustain an academic environment that promotes the health, safety, and welfare of our community. These resources and groups can assist students seeking help with addiction or substance abuse.
