The Equity & Title IX office supports students, faculty, staff, and visitors who may face discrimination, harassment, or sexual misconduct. Report an incident or learn more about the support available if you experience sexual assault or violence, stalking, or face discrimination, harassment, or retaliation.

The UVU Police Department has a full-time victim advocate that provides victim services to all UVU students, faculty, and campus community. Our mission is to provide services to all victims of crime with the utmost dignity and respect, and that any victim of crime will understand the resources available to them on campus as well as off campus. The Behavioral Assessment Team (BAT) coordinates existing resources for violence prevention and early intervention for community members experiencing distress or engaged in harmful or disruptive behaviors.

The Emergency Response Team responds to medical emergencies on UVU’s main campus. Team members are volunteer UVU students who hold EMT, Advanced EMT, and Paramedic licenses in the state of Utah.
