The Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) help University faculty, staff, students, and community members better understand the functionality of the IRB and it's role as a protector of human subjects in research at Utah Valley University.
All IRB forms must be submitted electronically via Cayuse. Email, handwritten and hard copy forms will no longer be accepted.
