Personal Training

Schedule a session with a personal trainer by emailing . Our first assessment session is free. Sessions are typically 1 hour long and all sessions are located in the SLWC gym. Our trainers will meet you at our Welcome desk on the 2nd floor of the SLWC. Plan on arriving in workout attire and prepare to work up a sweat.

Who's it for? Anyone! Whether you’re looking to get stronger, increase endurance, lose weight, feel more confident, have more energy, or improve your overall health, personal training is individualized and designed to suit your goals.
