Wolverine Fitness Classes

Attend a class at the Student Life & Wellness Center and discover new, engaging ways to exercise alongside a passionate community of other Wolverines. Classes are free for all SLWC members, and day passes and punch passes are available for nonmembers.  Our programs, activities, and services are open to all students.

UVU Yoga class

Learn the fundamentals of yoga as you move through yoga poses and exercises. While focusing on your breathing and performing fluid body movements, you will find an inner relaxation while building strength and improving flexibility.

This zero-equipment class is a modern, high-energy take on old school aerobics. Get your heart rate up with a fun, effective full body workout to cardio and toning songs.

UVU Strength and Tone class

Tuesdays and Thursdays: 12pm-Leslie

Strength and toning class for all levels that will focus on all major muscle groups for a full-body workout. Build muscle strength and endurance through a variety of exercises using weight, bands, and body weight movements.

Join our Personal Trainers for a group strength training class that will utilize the gym weight machines and free weight areas to help you learn the basics of building a strength training program.

UVU Surge Fit class

An energizing HIIT workout that will get you results fast! High intensity cardio tracks combined with high-rep strength training tracks

UVU NRG Dance Fitness class

NRG is a fun dance fitness class with an upbeat, welcoming environment. No experience is necessary, so come to class ready to sweat and leave with a little more confidence.

Bring your best moves to this Latin-style dance fitness class. No experience is needed — just come and move your body to the music.

Dancing is a great way to tone and shape your body and build your confidence and coordination. Join us each week for a new pre-choreographed routine.

UVU Jiu Jitsu class

Come learn the basics and fundamentals of Jiu Jitsu. All levels welcome from beginners to those with experience.
