Abstract
The objective of this project is to redesign and improve the existing Northridge Park, located at 1750 N 165 E Orem, Utah. As pickleball is an increasingly popular sport, it has become necessary to renovate one of the existing tennis courts into four pickleball courts. This will increase the activities available at the park while not depriving the community of the existing tennis court area. The specific boundaries are limited to the existing tennis courts and the immediate surrounding area. All other existing conditions such as the sidewalk, parking lot and nearby playground will remain in place where feasible.
