Gain valuable, on-the-job experience working in our parks and resorts, participate in college coursework, and have the opportunity to meet and live with people from all over the country and potentially the world in company-sponsored housing. The Disney College Program is open to all students regardless of their major or their year in school. This program is even open to students who have graduated within the last 12 months. The Disney College Program can provide more relative career experience for the following majors; Hospitality, Communications, Marketing, Business Management, University Studies, Theatre, Culinary Arts & Photography.
Application for the Spring, Spring Advantage and Late Spring programs are open from late August-late October. Applications for the Fall Advantage and Fall programs are open from late January or early February to late March. If Applications are not currently open you will be able to click “Sign Up” for emails letting you know when the next program is open to apply.
Disney Professional Interns receive hands-on, real-world work experience in a specific field of study. They have the opportunity to work on Emmy Award-winning shows, play a part in creating beloved films, assist in projects that reach sports fans around the world, or bring smiles to guests worldwide –the possibilities are endless!

When applying for a Disney Professional Internship, remember that if you have participated in the Disney College Program you will have a competitive edge to getting that professional internship. Not to say you “must” complete the Disney College Program to be considered for a professional internship, and it will place you higher on Disney’s potential candidate list.
