The UVU Dance Team serve as ambassadors for the university by participating in campus events, making community appearances, and performing during athletic and other special events. The team takes pride in cheering on their fellow Wolverines and representing the university on and off campus.
The UVU Dance Team is highly competitive holding 13 National Championship titles including first place in the 2023 NDA Division 1 Hip Hop and 2024 NDA Division 1 Game Day competitions.
Our dance team enjoys a unique student experience that emphasizes leadership, unity, persistence, and teamwork. With opportunities beyond performing at athletic events our students leave our program with a resume and the skill sets needed to be successful after college.
In addition, students are eligible to receive a scholarship award based for their participation.
