Who does this apply to? Staff only, this policy will not apply to faculty
Now that this policy draft is in Stage 1, what does this mean for me? This policy is currently being drafted to address personnel reductions that may not be because of a financial crisis but may be because of inadequate funds, budget constraints, grant expiration, workload changes, lack of work, departmental reorganization, or other business reasons. There will be opportunities for your feedback through PACE and Faculty Senate in Stage 2 and through direct comments in Stage 3 should you have concerns about the content or the draft.
