Drew received a master?s degree in management and human resources from the Jon M. Huntsmen School of Business at Utah State University and is trained in Lean, Six Sigma, and Total Quality Management methodologies focused on process improvement and data-driven decisions.

Drew is a member of the SHRM Executive Network, an exclusive community of practicing senior HR leaders dedicated to revolutionizing the world of work.

Drew started with Utah Valley University in April of 2021, with 20-plus years of senior leadership experience in the healthcare and manufacturing sectors. He owns a consulting company providing executive and personal leadership coaching for individuals and teams. His experience includes strategic HR planning and execution within senior management teams. His expertise includes talent acquisition, talent development, employee relations, organizational development, compliance, engagement, compensation, benefits, and Equity and Title IX.
