The above temporary emergency policy drafts will be reviewed for approval by the UVU Board of Trustees on Friday, August 7, 2020. If approved, the drafts will replace the current versions of Policy 162 Sexual Misconduct and Policy 165 Discrimination, Harassment, and Affirmative Action in the Policy Manual for up to a year, or until a draft of the same policy is approved through the regular policy approval process, whichever comes first.
