Biography

Linda's area of responsibility includes Budget; Policy; Finance & Business Services; Campus Store; Dining & Catering; Procurement & Contracts; and Printing Services. She leads UVU's Planning Budget, & Assessment (PBA) process and serves as UVU's NWCCU accreditation liaison officer. Linda has over 40 years of higher education experience--all right here at UVU--which she shares with UVU students as a Graduate Faculty Professional Member in the School of Education.

Currently, Linda serves as co-chair for UVU's Women's Council, as UVU's ElevateHer liaison, as a peer evaluator for NWCCU, and as the PACE executive liaison. Linda represents UVU on USHE's Business Affairs Council and Budget Officers System Subcommittee. Linda participates in several professional associations--Society for College & University Planning (SCUP), Association for Institutional Research (AIR), Western Association of College & University Business Officers (WACUBO), and Association of College & University Policy Administrators (ACUPA).

A lifelong Utahn, Linda is invested in the Utah Valley community serving on the boards of Utah Community Credit Union, United Way of Utah County, and Utah Foundation Board.

Linda and her husband, Mike, have been married over 40 years. They have two daughters and three grandchildren. She loves to travel. Favorite destinations include Disneyland, Walt Disney World, Hawaii, Alaska, Paris, and London. Linda thinks it would be magical if her next job was at Walt Disney World as the Fairy Godmother.
