The Veteran Class Schedule Form is required to be submitted every semester. After submitting your schedule, please submit any course changes, along with your UVID number, to [email protected] or call us at 801-863-8212.

If you are leaving on orders such as deployment, mobilization, or a long period of training but intend to return to UVU, please complete a Leave of Absence. Depending on your situation, you may also want to complete a Late Withdrawal or Refund petition. If you are leaving during a semester for which you are receiving benefits, please email us at [email protected] or call us at 801-863-8212 to discuss any potential impact on your benefits.
