Our Purpose

The Campus Climate Committee develops a broadly-applied instrument that measures the campus climate and sense of belonging to benchmark the status of inclusion and diversity, and monitor progress on factors affecting inclusion and sense of belonging.

Objectives

1. Review the institution's current tools and surveys that measure equity, inclusion, and diversity
2. Prioritize the tools in place, and eliminate any redundancy
3. Create a reliable and validated Campus Climate Instrument
