Abstract
The objective is to address the building's structural inadequacies and enhance its overall seismic resilience, thereby ensuring the safety and security of all occupants within UVU's campus infrastructure. Drawing upon insights gained in the preceding semester, during which we identified structures necessitating seismic retrofitting, this project will ultimately result in the development of a retrofit design specifically catered to rectify the seismic deficiencies inherent in the Gunther Technology building.
