Please note that UVU Internship Services does not process applications for private scholarships.

Before beginning the application you will want to ensure that you have at a minimum, the following:

• A copy of your Transcript for upload into our scholarship system. A PDF is preferred. An unofficial transcript will be accepted.
• Dollar amounts for the semester of the internship, including current scholarship awards, financial aid, tuition and fees, living expenses, etc. to help you complete the Scholarship Expense Form.
