General age guidelines: Individuals aged six and older are welcome to attend any Noorda Center performance. Parents should ensure that the content is suitable for their children and that their children can sit quietly through the performance without disturbing others. No babes in arms will be admitted. If you have questions about specific performances, resources and content warnings can be provided by The Blair Family Box Office. No babes in arms, car seats, or strollers will be permitted in the theatres.
Each person, regardless of age, must have their own ticket. Crying children should be escorted from the theatre as a courtesy to other audience members.
Some events are specifically intended for audiences of all ages. This will be clearly indicated on the event information and these events will be labeled "Family."
Tickets are non-refundable and no credits are issued for unused tickets. Refunds, credits, or alternate dates are not offered for missed performances.
Tickets purchased as part of season package can be exchanged BEFORE the ticketed performance. No exchanges will be honored after the performance has taken place
While shirts and shoes are required, please feel free to dress up or dress down. Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable. Keep in mind that our theatres are kept cool year-round.
Doors open exactly 30 minutes prior to each performance. Assigned seating is generally required for all Noorda shows, and is typically not available for School of the Arts productions. For performances without assigned seating, patrons usually begin lining up one hour to 45 minutes prior to showtime to claim their desired view of the stage.

Performances will start at the advertised time. Doors typically open 30 minutes prior to show time. Please allow your group enough time to park and navigate the venue. Latecomers will only be seated at the discretion of House Management.
For the safety of all our visitors, only small personal bags are permitted in the theatres.
Large bags/backpacks, strollers, and other bulky items that may obstruct aisles and exits are not permitted. Please leave these at home or in your vehicle.
Items that may distract or disrupt the experience for others are not permitted in the theatre.
Outside food and drinks are not permitted in the theatres. Limited vending can be found in adjacent buildings on campus for before and after performances. The Noorda does not currently sell concessions.
Please turn off or silence all electronics including cell phones, watches, tablets, and plan on dimming your screens to view our electronic programs.
Flash photography is strictly prohibited. Photography and recording of any kind may be prohibited on a show by show basis. Check with the venue the night of the performance.
Guest who are unable to comply with the electronics policy may be asked to step outside the theatre.
Per the Utah Indoor Clean Air Act, smoking and vaping are not allowed inside, or within 25 feet, of any building.
The Noorda is designed to entertain and inspire individuals with all levels of mobility and ability. Service Animals are welcome at The Noorda. All such animals must be always under the control of their handlers. Any animal that creates a disruption will be asked to leave immediately; refunds will be distributed at the discretion of the house supervisor. Emotional Support Animals and pets are not permitted.
UVU’s main campus is located in Orem, Utah, just off of I-15 University Parkway exit 269. The Noorda Center for the Performing Arts is located on Campus Drive, in the Eastern (Mountainside) part of campus.

For all performances after 5 p.m., patrons may park for free in adjacent lots M23, M29, M21 and M22. Overflow parking is available in lot M25 (requires walking up a grass hill).
Before 5 p.m., permits are required for all lots on campus except where paid “Passport Parking” is available. When parking, use the Passport App to pay for your parking at $10/day.
Some events may arrange for reserved lots. Please read all information from the event organizer carefully to understand which lots are in use for your event.
ADA stalls are always enforced, current license plates or placards are required.
Visitors may be ticketed for parking in unauthorized stalls.
