Welcome to “A November to Remember,” a celebration of dance, dedication, and artistry by the UVU Ballroom Dance Company. Tonight, we bring to life the beauty of ballroom dance through the hard work and commitment of our talented dancers, directors, and faculty, in the UVU ballroom program. We extend heartfelt gratitude to the UVU Department of Dance, our supportive friends and families, our incredible guest choreographers, the UVU School of the Arts, and The Noorda Center for the Performing Arts. Your contributions have been invaluable in making this concert a success, and we are truly grateful to each one of you who has helped bring this production to fruition.
 
Our Fall concert usually happens later in the semester, right when were all ready for some holiday cheer. This time we’re bringing some dances with a bit more festive spirit a little early because we just couldn’t wait! We hope you’ll enjoy each of the pieces you see tonight, both the festive and those that we perform year-round, as much as we have enjoyed preparing them for you!
 
The UVU Ballroom Dance Tour Team is thrilled to be preparing for an extraordinary tour to England in May and June 2025. We will compete at the prestigious Blackpool DanceSport Festival in both the Latin and Standard British Open Formation Championship categories. Under the exceptional guidance of Ballroom Medley choreographers Andres and Veronika End, and Latin Medley choreographers Manuel Frighetto and Daria Sereda, our dancers are training diligently to represent UVU on the international stage. Meanwhile, the UVU Ballroom Dance Ensemble Team will be gearing up for an exciting tour to California and will perform at the Emerald Ball in May 2025.
