Get it Done, Keep it Done Stipend

Faculty Common Navigation & Accessibility Stipend

Purpose

The purpose of this stipend is to certify online/flexible courses that have already been peer quality reviewed through the CFLC review process as diagrammed below (QR = quality review; IST = Instructional Support Technologist in OTL). This is a limited time proposal and uses HEERF funding to advance UVU’s goal to improve the quality of online/flexible courses.

Flowchart: CFLC Quality Review Certification (Summer Quality Review Revisions) > Apply revisions based on what the reviewers commented and scored > Notify CFLC Chairs upon completion of revisions > CFLC determines approval > CFLC notifies OTL of approval > Assigned IST works with you to improve Common Navigation and Accessibility > When the course is built and has completed the process, it is Certified on a dashboard and a copy is kept on file

Criteria

  • Courses must have completed a peer quality review during the current review cycle and have received CFLC approval to continue to the Common Navigation (CN) and Accessibility Compliance steps of the Course Certification Process.
