Event rentals at the UVU Museum of Art help fund the Museum's mission to enhance the University’s academic mission and further the appreciation and enjoyment of the visual arts for the general public by fostering critical thinking and visual literacy through the interdisciplinary exploration of art, ideas, and experience. We are commited to engage, inspire, and champion the arts in the communities we serve.

Thank you for your interest in hosting your private event at the UVU Museum of Art
at Lakemount. We have closed large event requests for events in 2024.
We are updating our private event brochure as well as the pricing and guidelines for large private events. We will post this information in early January 2025.
In the meanwhile, please direct any questions regarding event rentals for 2025 and beyond to the Museum Staff with the subject line "Private Event Inquiry."
Please include in your email the type of event you are planning, approximately how many guests you plan to invite, and a proposed date and time of the event.
Host your departmental meeting or strategic retreat at the Museum! To inquire about
internal, UVU-affiliated event rentals, please contact the Museum Staff with the subject heading "UVU Event Inquiry."
Casual photography (i.e. phone camera, family digital camera) are permitted inside the Museum and on the grounds unless otherwise noted on site.
Professional photography and filmography are both subject to fees, and must receive prior approval by the Associate Director.
All photography and film requests MUST submit a Photography/Filming Project Permission Form (in the link below) and receive approval and a quote in advance of the shoot.
Basic commerical photography on the premise starts at $100. This typically includes one photographer, one camera, and the client/couple/family being photographed.
Prices for other projects vary on number of photographers/videographers and subjects/models, time and day of the shoot, set-up requirements, and private use of spaces.
