At e2i, we bridge the gap between education and the workforce through hands-on projects developed in partnership with industry leaders, nonprofits, startups, and campus innovators. We build custom UVU student teams to tackle real-world challenges, delivering high-quality professional solutions while helping students gain career-aligned experience.

Each project team is guided by a trained Project Manager and supported by a Senior Project Manager, ensuring structure, collaboration, and accountability throughout the process. Students grow in confidence and capability, and partners benefit from fresh thinking, focused execution, and meaningful results.
