Dr. Padmini (Mini) Murthy is a globally recognized health professional / educator in her roles as a physician and public health expert. She is Professor and Global Health Director at New York Medical College School of Health Sciences and Practice, USA and chair of the International Health Section of American Public Health Association and Global Health lead for the American Medical Women’s Association and the NGO rep to United Nations and is a well-respected NGO leader. Dr. Murthy has been working with UN ambassadors and missions to promote women’s health since the past 20 years on various projects with local efforts in Malawi, India, Suriname, Grenada, Liberia, and Nepal  During the COVID crisis in 2020/ 2021 Murthy has spearheaded efforts working with other NGOs to provide relief to India, Italy, and Navajo nation.  Dr. Murthy has made over 170 presentations nationally and internationally is widely published and is the author and editor of Women's Global Health and Human Rights, Technology and Global Public Health. Her other books include Mini’s Musings and Glorious Global Ganesh Dr. Murthy has been the recipient of numerous national and international awards, including  First Indian born American in 75 years to receive the Elizabeth Blackwell Medal   Recognizing her work in promoting women’s health globally. Recipient Sojourner Truth Pin given to those women who excel in community service  Recipient of Jerusha Jhirad Oration recognizing her work in promoting women’s health  Recipient of Citation from NY state Assembly woman Jennifer Rajkumar for her contributions as an outstanding leader in Medicine  In December 2021, Murthy has been the recipient of President of The United States Lifetime Achievement Award for Volunteer Service. In March 2022 Murthy was name member of the Official United States Delegation to the 66th United Nations Commission on the Status of Women.  In June 2022 Murthy was an invited civilian expert to the National Security Seminar at Army War College, PA  In June 2022 she has been the recipient of the TMWA award sponsored by Chang Gung Medical Foundation  

Dr. Sarah Hall is an Associate Professor of Public Health at Utah Valley University. She holds a PhD in Global Health from Arizona State University and a Master of Public Administration from the Marriot School of Business at Brigham Young University. Her research history includes earthquake and tsunami preparedness in Indonesia, flu vaccination messaging in the United States, albinism in Tanzania, and barriers to medical care for Deaf populations in Utah. Dr. Hall serves on the Ethics Advisory Board at UVU. She currently teaches Health and Diversity, Health Ethics, Theory-Based Approaches to Modifying Health Behaviors, and Death and Dying. Her employment history includes working as Executive Director, Marketing Director, and in consulting positions for nonprofit organizations around the world including in Ghana, Tanzania, Kenya, Mexico, Indonesia, Thailand, and Utah. She has volunteered with the Red Cross Pillowcase project, MicroBusiness Mentors, Utah County Crisis Line, Utah County Medical Reserve Corp, and as a health column writer for The Daily Herald. She enjoys hiking, yoga, and playing her flute and guitar.
