Dr. Efrem YILDIZ is Professor of Hebrew and Aramaic Studies and he has been Vice-Dean for International Relations of the Faculty of Philology from 2003 to 2010, and so far he is responsible for the Department of Hebrew and Aramaic Studies at the University of Salamanca. He has been Vice-president for International Relations of the University of Salamanca from 2017 to 2022. He is founder and current president of the Nineveh Academic Chair. He is Executive Board member of the Coimbra Group of 41 European Universities and coordinates the Latin America and Development Cooperation Working Groups of the same consortium. He is coordinator of the European Alliance Project, European Champus of City Universities since 2020 and IP of the European Commission Research Project, Research and Innovation for Cities and Citizens. (RI4C2). He is also a language expert, having studied Hebrew, Aramaic, Greek, Latin, and is fluent in German, Italian, Spanish, English, French, Turkish and Modern Assyrian.

MR. Faïssou AMADOU is Administrator working as Technical Director at the Department of Capacity Development and Employability of Benin’s Ministry of Labour and Civil Service. In 2012, he joined the United Nations Educational, Science and Cultural Organization Pool of Experts, in the framework of the Capacity Building Program in Africa for the implementation of the 2005 Convention on the Protection and Promotion of the Diversity of Cultural Expressions. He also collaborates with the International Labour Organization in its mandate of skill development policy formulation

John Wilson is the international director of BYU-Pathway Worldwide, where he is responsible for higher education operations in over 180 countries. John previously worked for Deloitte and Touche, where he served Fortune 500 clients. He began his career overseeing international enrollment at Apollo Education Group.

John received a Bachelor of Arts from Brigham Young University-Idaho, an MBA and Master of Accountancy from the University of Phoenix, and a Doctorate in Higher Education Administration from the University of Utah. His dissertation focused on online student retention. He is fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish and has conversational ability in French and Italian. John and his wife, Jessica, are the parents of six children and reside in the Salt Lake City, Utah area.

Sarah Callaway serves as Assistant Director on UNICEF USA’s Global Cause Partnerships team, which works with civil society organizations to build partnerships in support of UNICEF’s programs for children around the world. She previously worked on the Global Programs and Humanitarian Response team, where she managed a portfolio covering education, early childhood development, and child protection.
Prior to UNICEF USA, Sarah worked on Capitol Hill where she focused on the U.S. government’s annual funding for international development and humanitarian relief programs. She holds a B.S. in International Affairs from Florida State University and an M.Sc. in International Politics from Trinity College Dublin.
