The LEAD program pairs students with peer mentors who serve as team leaders. Team leaders check in with other LEAD students to provide support, answer questions, and help students as needed.
Applications open each spring, and LEAD team leaders commit to serving for a full academic year. Team leaders are eligible for a $1,200 scholarship for both fall and spring semesters.
