Please note: Tablecloths will be billed to the event banner index if the event is not cancelled within 5 business days of the event date via email to [email protected] or your assigned event coordinator. We order cloths every Tuesday for the upcoming week’s events. Cloths not requested before our order date are not guaranteed. Regardless of color request, we cannot always guarantee color due to the delivery/rental service and what they have available that that specific delivery week.
Rates are the cost of room rental per hour that the event will take place. Events are charged from the time they wish to gain access to the room until the time the group leaves the space. Event set up of resources, chairs, tables, etc. and the time Event Services needs to set up and take down the event will not be included in the rental rate. All other additional charges for the event will be discussed with the event organizer, including the additional costs of audio/visual equipment. For a quote, contact [email protected].
Maximum capacity is the maximum amount of people permitted in the space. This number will change depending on the requested layout of the room.
