This is an interdisciplinary symposium that invites proposals from a variety of academic disciplines.

  • How does disinformation affect self-governance? What should be done about it?
  • Should voting be obligation for all citizens?
  • How can we improve the quality and integrity of elections?
  • What role should celebrity culture play in our political discourse?
  • Should the United States abandon a two-party system?
