"RCA does an incredible job preparing individuals for a career in the fire service. It helps build a solid foundation for candidates to build off for the rest of their careers, in all aspects of the profession. When we interview individuals for Firefighter positions at my department, there is typically a stark contrast between those who have gone through the RCA at UVU and those who have not."
