Each year, UVU faculty and staff are required to complete compliance training courses in UVULearn. Those courses include:
To access these courses, visit UVULearn. In the Learning Library, you will find the courses under "Compliance Courses." Courses that need to be completed will have an option to start the course by selecting the "start" option. If you have already completed a course, you will be able to review that course by selecting the "review" option (which replaces the "start" option upon course completion).
The Equity and Title IX Office offers trainings to UVU affiliated groups. We are happy to do in-person or online trainings, and will work with you to tailor the training to best meet your needs. Consistent with Department of Education Title IX regulatory requirements, the following training materials are being made available for inspection. The materials below have been used to train UVU Title IX Coordinators, Investigators, Decision-Makers, and any person who facilitates an informal resolution process on or after August 14, 2020.
