All food served at events must be approved and coordinated in advance through UVU Dining Services in adherence to their guidelines and Policy 221 Dining Services. The use of third-party food service vendors at events is not permitted unless otherwise exempted by Dining Services guidelines and approved by the Food Services Director.
These food trucks will be located in front of the Fulton Library
