Utah Valley University is committed to ensuring the safety and well-being of minors who are involved in our programs, services, or activities. UVU Policy 704, “Minors on Campus and at University Sponsored Events,” is intended to protect minors from harm, harassment, and abuse. Please review the entire policy, as well as a policy clarification approved by President’s Council.
Careful consideration should be given as to whether it is prudent to schedule a program designed for minors. Once a program is scheduled through Event Services, the administrator of the program must use the registration link on this webpage at least 30 days before the date of the program. All program administrators and authorized adults are required to complete Minors on Campus training through UVULearn and undergo a background check by Human Resources.
