Earn a Masters in Education. The Master’s Degree in Mathematics Education (MS-MEd) is intended for licensed teachers with a Secondary Mathematics Endorsement and two years of teaching experience, or those with a Master's Degree in a non-math discipline lacking the minimum 18-credit mathematics graduate credit hours for a Graduate Certificate in Mathematics.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

To be considered for admission, make sure you have:

  • Verification of a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
  • Undergraduate coursework equivalent to the Mathematics Endorsement 4 or Secondary Mathematics Endorsement
  • A passing score on the qualifying exam or take MATH 6000

ADMISSION PROCESS

During the application process, you will also:

  •  Take a qualifying exam before taking core courses
