SUCCESSFUL ORDERING TIPS:

  • Choose beverages in dispensers or canned / bottled beverages.
  • Have an accurate serving table count: reserve tables to accommodate large trays of desserts, baskets of rolls and bowls of salad. Minimum of 2 tables and 1 additional serving table for every 50 guests.
  • Please include an accurate guest table count when you place your order. Order linens for guest tables and buffet tables through Event Services.

Our most versatile service option can be used to fit a variety of meetings, parties and receptions. 

Our standard service includes eco-friendly compostable paper plates, black plastic cutlery presented in baskets, paper napkins and clear plastic cups.

All your menu selections are served from a self-serve line(s) including beverages in dispensers.

Paper service goods will be provided based on your menu selections and guest count. Guest counts are precise and paper products are provided according to guest count only.

No food or trays can be removed from the event. The convenience of disposable plates is an added benefit for guests needing to take their meal to another location. Due to Board of Health restrictions and department procedures, NO outside food or beverages are permitted, and no food will be allowed to be taken home. No takeout containers are permitted or provided.

No extra food will be made at the time of the service. Please plan accordingly.

Upscale Plastic SELF-SERVE

Reception style, where the guests can serve themselves with the convenience of disposable, yet fancy plates and cutlery. 

Our upscale plastic is available with self-serve, includes white, silver-rimmed, hard plastic plates with silver-look plastic cutlery and paper dinner napkins presented on the self-serve line(s). Similar to the paper self-serve, the upscale plastic option adds class to your event.

The upscale plastic option can be used as an upgrade from paper, or a step down from the formality of China.   • For conference rooms: Indicate whether you will want place mats or table linens.
  • Order linens for guest tables and serving tables through Event Services.
  • Please provide your own centerpieces, if desired.

Something nicer than upscale plastic, where the guests can serve themselves. 

Our China self-serve includes ceramic plates with metal cutlery in a linen napkin roll-up placed on the self-serve line(s). Glasses & beverages in carafes are preset on the linen covered guest tables. Please provide your own centerpieces, if desired.

Our friendly, student waite-staff services are included for 2 hours of service. Additional service hours can be charged after 2 hours, $25 per server, per hour for each catering waite-staff member.

No extra food will be made at the time of the service. Please plan accordingly.

SUCCESSFUL ORDERING TIPS:

  • Choose one entrée for your entire group. We can accommodate a few religious, cultural or dietary restrictions including most allergies, vegetarian, vegan and gluten free. These items are provided on the menu, please select a meal to accommodate all dietary guests. Placards indicating dietary restrictions are required by the event organizer.
  • Accurate table & guest counts are crucial.
  • For conference rooms: indicate whether you will want place mats or table linens. If your event is scheduled all day, contact Event Services to order your linens for the guest tables.
  • Reserve extra room for this service: additional tables, pipe & drape may be required for service.

Full service where guests will remain seated and enjoy restaurant style accommodations.

Only available with China, our full service option includes waite-staff to serve your plated main dish with pre-set salads and desserts.  Guests will find their beverages, rolls and cutlery beautifully set on linen covered tables. Please provide your own centerpieces, if desired.

This option is perfect for quick casual events, or private uninterrupted meetings, where you don’t need any linens, equipment or catering waite-staff, and want to be able to keep the leftovers. 

When you order an event for delivery, you will receive it in disposable packaging with the necessary paper goods to eat the meal. 

No linens are provided, and beverages must be canned / bottled, no dispensers.

Food is delivered to your location and left there. Ensure to arrange to clean up afterward since no clean up service is provided.

Hot beverages: tea, hot chocolate and coffee service are not available for delivery, as they require equipment for service.

When you order an event for pick up, you will receive it on disposable trays.

Food is picked up at the pick area next to Kolache Krave on the 1st floor of the SC Building, room SC 111. Be sure to bring a cart, as no equipment will be provided.
