Our most versatile service option can be used to fit a variety of meetings, parties and receptions.
Our standard service includes eco-friendly compostable paper plates, black plastic cutlery presented in baskets, paper napkins and clear plastic cups.
All your menu selections are served from a self-serve line(s) including beverages in dispensers.
Paper service goods will be provided based on your menu selections and guest count. Guest counts are precise and paper products are provided according to guest count only.

Our China self-serve includes ceramic plates with metal cutlery in a linen napkin roll-up placed on the self-serve line(s). Glasses & beverages in carafes are preset on the linen covered guest tables. Please provide your own centerpieces, if desired.
Our friendly, student waite-staff services are included for 2 hours of service. Additional service hours can be charged after 2 hours, $25 per server, per hour for each catering waite-staff member.
