Sometimes a user's courses don't appear in Canvas. If you are currently enrolled in a course in Banner but the course isn't appearing in Canvas, we can get this fixed for you. Click on the Live Help button in the left-hand navigation of Canvas to start chatting with our Service Desk.

Some instructors utilize the option to integrate the course textbook and other materials into the Canvas environment. Normally, students are able to participate in these integrations without any problems. Occasionally the connection for a student doesn't work correctly.
