2022 Dx All Hands Meetings

Dx All Hands meetings will be held on Wednesdays and include an in-person "Half-Time" in addition to the All Hands agenda items. Final meeting locations are tentative but will be updated as meeting dates approach. 2022 All Hands meetings are scheduled for April 6, June 8, October 5, and December 7. Each meeting will begin with a buffet lunch starting at 11:30 am, Half-Time will commence at 11:45 am, and following at 12:00 pm the All Hands meeting with agenda items affecting all Dx employees. We'll stream and record each meeting using the Half-Time meeting link (included in the calendar invitations) for those who are unable to attend, and the recording will be available for two weeks afterward. We hope everyone who is able to will attend in person.

We encourage you to set up Teams notifications for the "Digital Transformation Organization" team "General" channel and check it regularly for Dx updates and up-to-date info on All Hands meetings.

APRIL 6 PREVIEW

New login page for uvu websites

Digital Transformation is simplifying UVU's authentication processes, making it easier and faster to log in and access the systems and data you need.

After these changes are implemented on Wednesday, March 23, 2022, you'll need to sign in using your regular UVU email (e.g., [email protected] or [email protected]) and your myUVU password instead of your UVID and password.

As a result, you'll receive fewer requests for multi-factor authentication (MFA), which means you won't be required to enter your username and password as frequently.

This change will allow you to:

  • Log into most UVU applications using the same username and password (e.g., myUVU, Canvas, Wolverine Track, MS Teams, MS Outlook, etc.)
  • Be authenticated across other UVU web pages automatically and securely
  • Reduce the number of times you'll need to type in your password or use MFA during the day

This change will occur automatically. You won't need to update settings on any of your devices. If you encounter any issues after this change, please contact the Service Desk.

2022 Tableau conference

Gavin

Leisa's son Gavin had a great day Saturday at the Utah State Gymnastics competition. He placed 1st in four events (rings, parallel bars, high bar, and pommel horse) and 3rd in the other two events (floor and vault). He not only had the top score in his age division (11+), he also had the highest total score (63 points) of any boy competing that day--including those who competed in the Idaho State championship (the gym/venue was hosting both states' events concurrently). His gym (All American Gymnastics) was the 1st place team.
