Microsoft teams voice
We will have Microsoft Teams Voice by March 2.
Microsoft Teams has proven to be a valuable tool for collaborating with peers and colleagues and for staying connected in real time. We are confident that Microsoft Teams Voice not only meets but exceeds expectations for effective call management while giving you anytime, anywhere access to your Utah Valley University assigned phone number.
Check out three features we think might be important to you!
- Hold & Transfer - Robust call management features make it easy to transfer calls to others. Want to prep someone before transferring a call? Take advantage of the Consult then transfer option for smooth and efficient transfers.
- Call Answering Rules - Call forwarding, simultaneous rings, call groups with ordered ringing, and more are available through Microsoft Teams Voice. You can personalize your phone experience according to your needs.
- Ringtones by Call Type - Do you support another user by making or receiving calls on their behalf? Does someone forward their calls to you? Teams Voice allows specialized ringtones for direct, delegated, and forwarded calls.
Reminder: Learning resources are available here for you to start getting prepared for the Teams Voice migration. Look through the training videos and quick reference guides to address your questions!
If you experience any issues or have additional questions about Teams, please reach out to the UVU Service Desk.
