We are pleased to announce that Cole Bertelsen was selected as the Advisor of the Month for October!

Cole identified an error that was blocking 47 students from getting the correct grade replacements, and he then teamed up with several departments to fix the students’ GPAs. Thanks to his work, there are now checks in place to keep this from happening again. In addition, Cole took it upon himself to help the mother of a hospitalized student after she randomly called his phone. Cole personally ensured that the student and their mother got the resources they needed in a timely manner even though Cole was not the student's advisor. This made a huge impact on the family and greatly reduced their stress.
