Soren Halladay
Soren Halladay is the chief investment officer of PEG Development, a leading real estate development group involved in more than $1 billion of projects in the United States and Canada. Previously, Soren worked at Kennedy Wilson as a senior associate, underwriting acquisition opportunities and performing corporate finance functions. Soren also worked at KB Home and Lennar Homes in their land acquisition and finance groups. Soren initially began his career out of BYU as a senior auditor with Deloitte in Los Angeles where he received his CPA. Soren received his master's of business administration from University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) and received his bachelor’s degree in accounting from Brigham Young University.
Soren is married to Kimberlee Halladay and they are the parents of five wonderful and extremely active children. Soren and Kim met at BYU in the training room while both played varsity athletics. Soren was a captain of the BYU football team and Kim was a record setting BYU soccer player. When they find time, Soren and Kim love to read, take family vacations, and go to BYU and UVU athletic events.
