Jeremy Andrus

Jeremy Andrus is the President & CEO and Board Member of Traeger Grills. He joined Traeger in 2014 upon acquiring the business with Trilantic Capital Partners. From 2005 to 2013, Jeremy served as President & CEO of Skullcandy, where he helped grow annual sales from start-up to $300 million. Earlier in his career, Jeremy was Director of Strategic Planning and Acquisitions for Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants Group, an entrepreneur hotel developer and a consultant at Monitor Company.

Currently, Jeremy is a board member at Wilson Electronics, Cotopaxi, Grow and Cascata, and serves on the investment committees for Kickstart Seed Fund and University Venture Fund. He supports local entrepreneurs by serving on National Advisory Councils for BYU Marriott School of Business and Utah Valley University Woodbury School of Business.  He also volunteers with the International Rescue Committee and Break Through Soccer. Jeremy received his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and B.A. from Brigham Young University. He lives in Salt Lake City with his wife Kristin and their six children.
