Amber is a mother, and online instructor who works with Brigham Young University - Idaho teaching Fashion Design and Merchandising. Amber believes that principles of design influence lives in seen and unseen ways, and the daily choices that each of us make. She strives to help her students learn about and identify careers suited to their strengths and interests in Fashion Design. Amber has worked as a Casting Assistant, Retail Manager, as an Alterations Specialist, and is currently working towards opening her own retail business. Amber holds a degree in FCS Apparel Entrepreneurship from Brigham Young University-Idaho.
Andrew Clarke is the VP of Engineering and Manufacturing at Purple and he and his team are responsible for maintaining, developing, and implementing new technology and new production lines and facilities. Andrew has experience executing cultural turn-arounds and developing new plants, having led similar programs in companies throughout this career. Andrew believes in removing roadblocks and allowing his team space to develop and own their responsibilities. Cultural turn-arounds are very rewarding as building and contributing to your people leads to wins for careers and the business being developed. Andrew has experience designing and building polymer compounding systems and the support equipment associated with polymer plants as well as leading manufacturing organizations, with experience including medical manufacturing. Bianca Collings is a full stack, A-Z executive marketer with extensive hands-on and management experience. She is incredibly data driven, resilient, and resourceful with both teams and budget. She is known in the industry for driving revenue through organic content and maximizing talent for optimal efficiency. She is currently the Executive Marketing Director for Skipio, a SaaS company located in American Fork, Utah. Dallin Stoker recently moved to Utah in order to fast track through the MBA program. Dallin was a DOE officer at Los Alamos National Laboratory. Prior to that Dallin was serving active duty for the United States Army. Dallin has held both Secret and Q clearance with a list of leadership schools. Dallin spent years as a Satellite TV Sub-Contractor & area manager, working on thousands of residential and commercial projects while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores through quality work. Dallin is currently studying Financial and Real Estate markets and trade stocks regularly. Hobbies include building computers and radio equipment. Dallin is a licensed amateur radio operator with experience building antennas from scratch in field environments under significant time constraints. Dallin holds a Bachelor's degree in Applied Physics with a double minor in Spanish Communications and Graphic Design.
Hayden Roney is a Community Bank Treasurer who works with the management team to safeguard the financial health of the bank through risk analysis, financial reporting, portfolio management, and oversight of financial operations. Hayden believes relationships and, more specifically, how you make others feel is an indicator and a determinant of success in life. Sincere focus on making others feel important fosters invaluable, lifelong relationships that you can draw upon throughout your life. Hayden has also been involved in entrepreneurship including starting Speedy Tuk Tuk which is a rickshaw (or "tuk tuk") financing company in Madagascar, Africa that allows "tuk tuk" taxi drivers to participate in a drive-to-own financing program. Jake Bingham is a Project Coordinator who works with Rio Tinto to manage and maintain physical assets by statistically analyzing and developing strategies. Jake Bingham is detail-oriented and believes safety is always first priority. He has never incurred any workplace or job site accidents or injuries for both himself and the teams he’s managed. Jake Bingham has been able to dramatically change maintenance cost inefficiencies by establishing new tracking plans for over 250 new and existing company assets. These strategic actions delivered a 25% reduction in maintenance costs across all assets with a strategy. He also played a significant role in his company’s growth by saving $1.5M in equipment contracting fees by designing new employee workflows and equipment management practices. Jake Bingham is Lean Six Sigma Certified, proficient with SAP ERP, a licensed Master Electrician, a licensed HVAC Journeyman. Jake Bingham holds a bachelor’s degree in Technology Management from Utah Valley University.
Joey Artalejo is a high voltage analyst who works for Rio Tinto who helps plan and schedule the high voltage power needs from the various mining groups at the Kennecott Utah Copper Mine. Joey believes in the work management process to deliverer a pro-active plan/ schedule to produce the best possible product for the high voltage team. To accomplish this, he believes in building and maintaining relationships throughout the respective departments. Joey’s career with Rio Tinto started in 2007 as a high-voltage lineman. Throughout his time at KUCC, he has been a lineman, leadman, fill-in supervisor, high voltage coordinator, and currently the high voltage planner scheduler. One of his most significant accomplishments with the high voltage team was coordinating a man lift operation (lifting a bucket with a crane holding two lineman) to recover power lines that would have otherwise been lost. A man-lift before this project hadn’t taken place in the mine since 1998 when a mechanic lost his life due to a faulty handbasket. To accomplish this took a lot of buy-in from the leadership groups and a lot of planning. Our team was able to achieve our task not once but twice safely on the same day. Joey is a trained lineman as well as a military veteran. Joey has received multiple safety awards from Rio Tinto and various military citations, including a purple heart. Joey received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Phoenix in Business Management, focusing on Finance, and is also a qualified working at heights instructor through 3M.

Kade Worton works as a head estimator and sales associate for Quality Electrical Systems, an electrical manufacturing company who provides industry leading solutions in power integration and control worldwide. In his role Kade works directly with customers including some of the world’s most well-known energy companies such as Chevron, General Electric, Planes American Pipeline, Exxon Mobil and many more. Robert Ivie is a Software Engineer who has worked in the automotive, healthcare, education, and non-profit fields. His favorite role was as a volunteer youth facilitator for his church. His greatest life achievement has been his marriage in 2008 and the three daughters that followed. He considers his greatest professional achievement the multi-national piloting of the sales and dealer incentives application where he participated as both a developer and on-site lead. Robert reads more than 300 pages a week, and loves to discuss the feasibility of anything science fiction. He spends his free time driving the mountains near his home in Orem, UT and playing video games with his children.

Aaron Johnson is a Sales Associate at Mattress firm who works with people of all ages
to help them find a mattress that will help their sleep needs. Aaron believes if you
put your mind to it then you can do anything. There will come a time when you do not
succeed, but you must take your failures and use it as a learning experience.
Aaron is a Student-Athlete here at Utah Valley University for the Men’s Track and
Field team. Aaron has been a leader on the team for the past 2 years. Competing in
Jumps and Sprints for the Wolverines, Aaron is a two-time Western Athletic Conference
(WAC) Champion in the 100-meter and the 200-meter dash. His strong performance at
the conference championship earned him the title of Most Outstanding Track Athlete
as well as the High Performance award in 2021. Aaron hopes to be a Marketing Manager
in sports. He believes that diversity can take marketing to a place that it has never
been. He believes that the minds of people of color and women can help avoid groupthink
as well as give ideas that many may have never thought of. Aaron holds a bachelor’s

Aleah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration - Marketing from Washington State University. She graduated on the President’s Honor Roll.

Diodati is an International Logistics Quality Manager who with John Deere to enhance the efficiency and service level of transported goods to 700+ dealerships across Canada and thirteen north-east states. Brandon believes that through maintaining an entrepreneurial mindset in focusing on continual innovation, utilizing appropriate technologies & human resources, and improving risk management will sustain all firms with a secure competitive position in today's market. Brandon has achieved monumental success in reducing John Deere's transportation error margin by 58%. His initiatives positively affected hundreds of thousands of customers and redefined John Deere's premium service level to match their product quality. Brandon holds a minor in Psychology, finished with honors in his business education, and was an awarded finalist amongst 500 BBA contestants in an Integrated Case competition. Bryson Denney is currently working as a Kitting Manager at Action Target who works with the Production Manager and other co-workers to get the company's products to customers on-time. Bryson has been innovating and building the kitting position for over two years. Bryson will start a new position in September 2021 at Maple Mountain Co-Packers as an Accountant. He will also be working with the CFO Charlotte Griffin and other team members raise the company to greater heights. Bryson knows that his position as Kitting Manager is critical to accurately getting products to customers and to meet fulfillment goals, both in quality and quantity of products. Bryson created and expanded the Kitting Manager position to what it does today. Bryson has been innovating warehouse operations and kits manufacturing projects for 60% of the warehouse. Bryson is trained in warehouse management and ensures that projects are properly allocated to the required documents through creating more efficient processes. Bryson is excited to start his new position at Maple Mountain Co-Packers by doing accounting, marketing, and business operations for the company. Bryson holds a Bachelor of Accounting from Utah Valley University and is very excited to start the MBA program at Utah Valley University
Chuk Che is a Stock Plan Services Associate who works with Fidelity Investment. She helps with their International Stock plan team, supporting employees of corporations who received equity compensation. She provides support in both English and Mandarin language to the participants in local and global platform. Chuk believes that it’s important to educate the participants whom she works with so that they could make the best financial decision in regards to their stock plan accounts. She believes in treating people with respect regardless of which countries the participant is calling from or the language abilities they have. She believes in providing the best services to those whom she serves regardless of their level of expertise. Chuk has also supported a local business in reopening a gas station, convenient store and started a fast food restaurant in the store. Chuk was able to help create a winning menu with a house special sauce for the restaurant. She helped gain many trusted customers and returned customers to the store. Chuk is a licensed and registered Series 7 and 63 representative through FINRA and SEC. Chuk holds a Bachelor of Act degree in Political Science from Brigham Young University-Hawaii, and she graduated as an honor student.
Colin Eyre is a Apprentice Electrician who works with superintendents to wire residential and commercial homes/buildings at a high quality. Colin Eyre knows that high quality electrical work is important so that Utah can maintain a steady population growth. Colin Eyre has worked on multiple parade of homes and full residential neighborhoods, while at these job sites he has also managed some of the Electricians working. Colin Eyre is certified to wire homes according to Utah State Electrical code. Colin Eyre holds a business degree in business management from Utah Valley University.
Devyn Cretz is a graduate assistant who works with the Utah Valley University softball team. She completed her undergraduate degree in 2020 while being a student-athlete from 2015-2021. Devyn believes that the people she is coaching are the number one priority and puts that into her business perspective as well. She has great leadership qualities, and her #1 priority is building relationships and having loyalty between the client and the company. Devyn knows how important it is to work in groups and through teamwork to have collaborative ideas no matter the company or client. She is fully committed to a productive team environment in a business setting and is very reliable. She knows what it is to be disciplined and shows her ability to work well with anyone. Devyn has landed two internships in the Utah Valley athletic department in two different areas. One with the Utah Valley academic advisors to learn the academic side of the athletes and what entails. The other internship she did was with the assistant athletic director where she learned how donations for the athletic department works as well as the marketing inside the athletics where she was able to bring her in her ideas as a female student-athlete herself. Devyn is a retired student-athlete now who played softball where she was able to succeed on the field and the classroom. She has been part of the NFCA All-America scholar athlete. Easton is a NCAA Student-Athlete on the Men’s Soccer team at UVU who has worked with different personnel and ethnic backgrounds over the course of his time as a Student Athlete. Easton knows that by making connections and forming a trusting relationship with employees it allows them to have accountability on the job. He believes that by being open to learn new things it will lead to opportunities that will not only benefit himself but others around him. Easton has landed a sports internship as a marketing/social media specialist in the past year for a youth soccer organization. He was apart of an inclusion campaign for Utah Youth Soccer, to remind everyone that all are welcome to play the game of soccer. Easton is an alumnus of the University of Portland in Oregon, where he was a part of the Men’s Soccer program from 2017-2020. During his time on the Bluff, Easton was awarded with the Colby Trah Player of the Year in 2019 and Most Improved Player in 2018, both awards voted by his coaches and teammates. Erika Fernandez has worked with Nu Skin Enterprises as a Product Support Specialist providing personalized service and support via phone concerning the health benefits of supplements and the science behind antiaging products. Erika also worked with The Utah Department of Health to help prevent injury and reduce fatalities in Utah by helping the Injury Prevention Program to create memorial booklets, in English and Spanish, with true stories of teens killed in car crashes. Erika believes that doing the extra mile in anything we do, will bring good outcomes in the end. Erika was called for four consecutive years to help with the yearly Memorial Booklet. Erika holds a bachelor's degree in Public Health & Exercise Science , and a minor in Gerontology from Brigham Young University. John Jeffrey Arens is a friend who work with others to be someone that they are able to lean and rely upon. John knows that everyone has their own unique struggles in life and that others need someone that they can lean on for mental, emotional, and overall health support. John has played baseball at UVU during his undergraduate program and won the WAC championship and made it to the NCAA tournament. John is an awarded student that has been awarded: All-WAC Academic honors 2019-2020 & 2020-2021. Dean’s list every quarter during his undergrad. Obtained and kept a 3.8+ GPA. John holds a bachelor’s degree in the field of Psychology from Utah Valley University.
Joseph Leiva is a Project Operations Supervisor who helps frontline and backend sales teams achieve their greatest potential through creating processes backed by audited and analyzed data. Josh is a Graduate Assistant who works with the Woodbury School of Business to conduct research for the UVU SmartLAB. Josh believes that the research that is done now will shape the world tomorrow. Josh has worked in the Sports Marketing Department for Utah Valley Athletics during their banner year which saw unprecedented digital growth and numerous national athletic accomplishments. Josh is currently a student-athlete on the university’s track team competing as a Decathlete. He has been awarded multiple first and second team All-WAC awards for his athletic achievements. Joshua Bird, before starting his full time MBA education, was a US Sales Manager for an international dental lab and worked with prospective clients to bring them any designing services that they needed. Prior to that, he was preparing to start as a Revenue Manager in the Leadership development program with Marriott International. However, the global pandemic put a close to that opportunity. Joshua holds a Certification in Hotel Industry Analytics (CHIA), which he obtained while getting his undergrad. He is also an Eagle Scout, which he obtained in 2014. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Hospitality Management from Utah Valley University, and is very excited to complete the MBA program.
Kalie Phillipy is a General Contractor who works with contractors, businesses and individuals to create unique flooring designs and custom installations. Kalie believes in working hard to make meaningful connections with clients, and providing meticulously high quality results. Kalie has secured leadership roles in each phase of her career, from crew leads to owning two successful businesses. Kalie is a certified Wilderness First Responder, tying in her undergraduate studies and her love for recreating outdoors. Kalie holds an Outdoor Recreation Management Degree with a minor of Biology from Utah Valley University.
Kazna Tarawhiti is a current student-athlete who competes on the UVU women’s volleyball team. She has helped the volleyball program with some of its most successful seasons yet. Kazna Tarawhiti believes that being persistent and consistent are two key components to being successful. Setbacks and failure is inevitable, but through persistence and consistence success will surely follow. Kazna is a current student-athlete and has received various accolades during her time here at UVU: Western Athletic Conference (WAC) Freshman of the Year, Western Athletic Conference Player of the Year, AVCA Pacific South All-Region Honorable mention, AVCA All-American Honorable Mention, UVU Female Athlete of the Year (2x), WAC All-Tournament team and 1st Team All-Conference in each of her three seasons. She also helped the volleyball team win its first ever WAC tournament championship, punching a ticket to their first NCAA tournament appearance. Kazna has two years of eligibility remaining as a student-athlete and will continue to compete alongside the UVU volleyball team. Kazna Tarawhiti hopes to utilize both her MBA and bachelor’s degree in her future endeavors. She aspires to be an advocate for mental health specifically within Polynesian communities and sporting environments
Kristen is a software and web developer. She is also a team captain for Utah Valley University’s Volleyball Program and through her example and dedication, helps her teammates accomplish their goals. When she isn’t in season, Kristen does freelance work for a wide variety of companies and individuals to increase their brand awareness and generate business. Kristen Allread believes in the importance of leadership. After being a team captain for three years and leading her team to a conference championship, she feels ready and excited to lead in a corporate setting. Kristen worked as a web developer for a company that was ranked the 17th fastest growing company in the world by Inc. 5000. After her time there, she continued to do freelance work, as well as developing an all-platform service aggregate app. As a student athlete, Kristen earned Academic-All WAC awards four years in a row, All-WAC first team, and WAC player of the week three times. In addition, she was on the dean’s list during her entire undergraduate program and was awarded Summa Cum Laude honors. Kristen holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Software Engineering from Utah Valley University.

McHale Page is a Technical Project Manager who works with his clients and development teams to manage software development projects from inception to completion. Spencer Corbett is currently a full-time student in the UVU MBA program with an emphasis
in Technology Management. Spencer knows the power of reliable/clean data and its potential
for helping businesses and individuals make the best possible decisions.
Spencer worked at Pinnacle Quality Insight (PQI) for eleven years, with over five
years as VP Ops. PQI is a firm that specializes in helping the Senior Living Industry.
During these eleven years he helped the Senior Living Industry to improve care and
employee experiences through customer feedback and data analytics. He worked with
many health care providers throughout the U.S. as well as the key organizations/Associations
overseeing this industry: State Associations, American Health Care Association (AHCA),
National Center for Assisted Living (NCAL), etc. In his role in PQI, he worked directly
with the AHCA through Dr. Nicholas Castle to implement and spear head a national effort
to come up with a set of five measures for Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living communities.
Spencer oversaw all the PQI CoreQ projects, delivery and success of implementation
of providing this data to Dr. Castle. While at PQI Spencer was the critical player
in Customer Success, Biz Ops, People Ops, and overseeing projects while coordinating
the work, quality and success of over 130 contractors and 20 employees. He is an expert
at Business Operations, Project Management, Strategic Planning, Business Process Improvements,
and Data Analytics. Spencer is most proud of his ability to take struggling systems/policies
and revamp them in a way that not only improved efficiencies, but he also takes pride
in knowing how to work with people and how to get the best out of them while building
trusting relationships. In the final project that he recently rebuilt for PQI, he
improved efficiency by 27%, increased the average pay by $2 per hour, while also reducing
costs and the need to hire as many people right in the middle of the COVID pandemic
and national hiring crisis faced by many companies in 2021.
Spencer completed his bachelor’s degree in Spanish and Business from UVU. During this
time, he was awarded the Deans Scholarship through the Spanish department, was a member
of the Deans list as well as UVU Phi Kappa Phi. Spencer was also successful at being
