About O Randall
O. Randall Woodbury became President of Woodbury Corporation in May 2011. Previously,
he has directed the company’s property management department since 1981, during which
time the management portfolio grew to exceed ten million square feet in thirteen Western
and Midwestern states. He holds active Utah real estate and insurance licenses. In
1987, he earned the Certified Property Manager® designation from the Institute of
Real Estate Management, an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors, for
which he has served in many local and national leadership positions. In 2010, Mr.
Woodbury was honored to represent IREM as its international president. He is a graduate
of the University of Utah having earned a B.A. in Business Finance with emphasis on
Real Estate.
