About Lynn

Lynn S. Woodbury is the Senior Vice President of Architecture/Construction at Woodbury Corporation. Mr. Woodbury is responsible for the Design and Construction Management for all the Woodbury Corporation real estate development projects which include more than 19-million square feet of retail, office, hotel, apartment and mixed-use facilities. He is currently managing the design and construction of projects valued at over $350,000,000. 

Mr. Woodbury is a licensed architect in eight western states including Utah, Idaho, Arizona, Montana, Colorado, Nebraska, Washington, and Kansas. He is certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards and a member of the University of Utah College of Architecture and Planning Advisory Board. He is chairman of the Sandy, Utah Auto Mall Area Architectural Review Board and a member of the American Institute of Architects, Urban Land Institute, and the International Council of Shopping Centers. He is on the Board of Directors, a Managing Partner and investor in numerous real estate ventures. Mr. Woodbury earned a B.A. in Business Finance and a Master of Architecture at the University of Utah.
