About Andrew and Shauna
Over the past decade, Andrew & Shauna Smith have created one of the largest restaurant operations companies in the nation. They opened their first restaurant in Lehi, Utah in 2008 and operated the business for the first year to get the much-needed industry experience. They developed an innovative partnership model which propelled the growth of each brand they have acquired, fueling operational efficiencies and high profitability. Today, the Smiths own and operate Kneaders Bakery & Café, R&R BBQ, Swig, MoBettah’s Hawaiian Style, and Little Caesars restaurants. Since 2008, the Smiths have developed and constructed over $200M in restaurant real estate, opened and acquired 165 restaurants and currently employ over 5,500 employees in 12 states. Four Foods Group celebrates their 10-year anniversary this year while at the same time surpassing $190,000,000 in revenue. Andrew & Shauna live in Highland UT and have two boys, Christian (18) and Tobin (13).
