"Great things can happen when you find your people, your culture, and your path. 23
years ago,I
would have never imagined a career in Tech Sales. Not many people even knew that was
a real
career. But all it took was the first day on the job and I was hooked. The pressure
of performing
when the team needed me most, the collaboration, the work, thetechnology, learning new things
and of course, winning. I love to win almost as much as I hate to lose. But it was
the competitive
environment that kept me in Tech Sales and, ultimately, why I began to take risks.
Calculated
risks that created a scenario anda career I never thought possible. I learned the formula for
navigating the Tech Start-up maze. Every founder believes they have the 'next great tech,' but I
learned how to spot the good ones and will have a real revenue payoff. My greatest
success is my
marriage of 26 years to my college sweetheart and my 4 amazing children that challenge
me to
think different everyday. Early in my career, I sold tech in Boston while going to
school full-time
at Boston College. Today, I lead a sales team of remarkable sellers in a high stakes environment,
building a culture of accountability, hard work, and fun."
