Tom Macdonald is an Assistant Dean of the Woodbury School of Business. Mr. Macdonald has over 25 years’ experience in senior management including international, CEO and Board positions. He received the 2007 Businessman of the Year Award from the Provo/Orem Chamber of Commerce.
Mr. Macdonald has served as a member of the Orem City Council since 2014 for the 2014-2018 term. He is a partner in several real estate projects; a former President / CEO of two Utah businesses; former VP International operations for a technology company and a personal care company; and a former Manager / CPA of Grant Thornton, an international CPA firm.
Mr. Macdonald is married to the former Kaye Mangum of Orem with 4 married children and 16 grand children.

of $8.4 billion.

foundation focused on cancer care, mental health, homelessness and a variety of other projects

Joshua B. Woodbury serves as Executive Vice President Acquisitions &
Development of Woodbury Corporation. Josh oversees the company’s
Real Estate Development and Acquisitions Department, which actively
sources new investment opportunities and effectuates property business
plan and development objectives for Woodbury Corporation and the
Woodbury Capital real estate funds. He is a licensed Realtor, former State
Director of the International Council of Shopping Centers, and is a
member of the Urban Land Institute and the J. Reuben Clark Law Society.
He received a B.A. in History from Brigham Young University with a
minor in Business, a J.D. from the University of Utah, and a M.S. in Real
Estate Development from Columbia University.
Becky Douglas is the founder of Rising Star Outreach, a non-profit that works with the
leprosy-affected of India. Her organization uses micro-credit to create economic self-
reliance, provides medical services, and gives a world-class education to the children of
the leprosy colonies.
Becky is the subject of the Gracie Award-winning PBS documentary,Breaking the
Curse,and the Emmy Award-winning Documentary byProfiles in Caring.She was the
recipient oftheJohn Houston Allen Humanitarian of the Year Awardby Atlanta
Interfaith Broadcasters. She received the “Classic Woman Award” in 2009 by

Ryan Teeples is a successful entrepreneur and consultant, having founded and sold
three
technology companies since 2007.
Ryan currently owns and runs a leading management, marketing and technology consultancy,
guiding companies world-wide in the use of technology for revenue growth, pre-and post-
merger/acquisition.
He serves several private equity firms and large and growthenterprise customers in
understanding and developing key business goals and translating them into actionable
marketing and IT solutions.

Jeff is Vice President, Head of Authorize.net and runs Global Small Business Sales for Visa.He is
responsiblefor the revenue across the businessand leads a sales team who manage over 450k
merchants and financial institutions to identify trends and define critical initiatives for the
growth and long-term success for Visa and their partners.
Prior to joining Visa, he held senior executive positions such as President, Chief Operating
Officer, Chief Services Officer, Chief MarketingOfficer,and Senior VP of Sales for Private Equity
backed and publicly traded companies such as WordPerfect, Novell, Corel, Baan, The SCO
Group and UK2Group.
Jeff is a strong believer in community and has served as a Board Trustee for not-for-profit
healthcare system and currently a board member for the past 25 yearsfor a
scholar/leader/athlete youth foundationsponsored by the National Football Foundation and
College Hall of Fame. Before his business career, he completed his BA degree in Finance and
Business Administration from the Jon M. Huntsman School of Business at Utah State
University
where he also played football for the Aggies and was a team captain. Jeff and his wife Angie
are the parents of 5 children.
Jeffrey C. Flamm is CEO and Founder of Infinite Mind, L.C. an online software company.
The
primary product, eyeQ Brain and Reading Enhancement, was introduced into the consumer
retail
market in 2002. The eyeQprogram has been used by over one million people and 1,000 schools
and businesses.
Mr. Flamm has also been active in real estate development and construction since 1992.
He is a
partner in the following real-estate companies: RiverPark Business Centre, Enchanted Canyon,
Innovation Pointe Business Park. These companies include the management and development
of
commercial office space and residential buildings. He is also a partner in Koloa Landing,
a
Marriott Autograph Resort in Kauai, located on the Southshore of Poipu Beach. The resort has
308 condominiums, a convention center, a restaurant, and three beautiful swimming
pools.
Earlier, Mr. Flamm co-founded Health Benefits America (HBA) with his partner, Ronald C.
Gunnell. Founded in 1985, HBA provided benefit management services for many of the Fortune
500 companies. Mr. Flamm shared the offices of Chairman, President and Chief Executive
Officer until August of 1996, at which time HBA was acquired by Automatic Data Processing
(ADP).
Currently, Mr. Flamm serves on the following boards:
UVU Business School, The Living Planet Aquarium, The Millie Princess Foundation, Hale
Centre Theatre, and The Flamm Family Foundation.
He is married to Nancy Ellsworth Flamm. They have five sons, one daughter, and twenty
four
grandchildren.
Ann Marie grew up on a dairy farm in northern Utah. Her cow milking days ended when
she started attending Snow College and later transferred to Utah State University
where
shegraduated wth her Bachelor's Degree in marketing. After working in hotel
management for a decade, she became a WBCUtah client, launched her own small
business, and was later hired to mentor other women. Now she oversees the award-
winning center which helped her become an entrepreneur.
Tim Wertner serves as Senior Vice President of U.S. Operations – Western Division, where he oversees operational strategies and procedures that encompass more than 50,000 FedEx team members, more than 89 daily flights and the movement of more than 3 million packages per day.

Scott was named the Chief Executive Officer of RC Willey in February 2001. He has
been with the
company for 35 years serving as the controller for 9 years, the Chief Financial Officer
for 5 years and
CEO for 21 years. Scott was aCPA who worked in public accounting with the national accounting firm
of Grant Thornton in their Salt Lake office prior to joining RC Willey. He was formally
educated at
Brigham Young University earning his undergraduate degree in accounting. He also graduated from the
University of Utah with his MBA. He has served as the past Chairman on the Board of
Directors of the
Salt Lake City Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco. He was also past
Chairman on the
Board of Governors of the Salt Lake Chamber of Commerce and served on the Board of Governors and
served on the Utah Health Advisory Council as well.
RC Willey is a retailer of furniture, electronics, appliances and flooring. They are
also a financial
institution as they provide consumer credit to their customers. They currently employ over 2,600
associates with stores in Utah, Idaho, Nevada and California. The company had revenues
in excess of 1
billion dollars in 2021. The company was privately held until May of 1995 when Warren
Buffett of
Berkshire Hathaway purchased the company.
Scott grew up in Provo, Utah and has been married to his wife Alison for 39 years;
they have 5 children
and 11 grandchildren. They currently reside in Kaysville, Utah.
Before joining Entrata in August, Laura Butler was most recently the Chief Human
Resources Officer at Talkdeskand Chief People Officer at Adobe Workfront,
where she worked to create contagious cultures through cutting-edge leadership
and talent management practices. Additionally, Butler has held several other
senior positions including as Chief Diversity Officerfor PG&E and has been a
member of the Conference Board Diversity Council, National Utility Diversity
Council, and currently serves as an Independent Director on the Board of
WorkForce Software.
Former Congressman Ben McAdams is a Senior Fellow at the
Sorenson Impact Center. McAdams served previously as a Utah State
Senator and as Mayor of Salt Lake County In his public service,
McAdams brought Republicans and Democrats together to find
solutionsto address homelessness, improve education and health
outcomes and promote evidence-based decision-making at all levels
of government.
Elazer R. Edelman, M.D., Ph.D., is the Edward J. Poitras Professor in Medical Engineering and Science at MIT, Professor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School, and Senior Attending Physician in the coronary care unit at the Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston. He and his laboratory have pioneered basic findings in vascular biology and the development and assessment of biotechnology. Dr. Edelman directs MIT’s Institute for Medical Engineering and Science (IMES) and Clinical Research Center (CRC) as well as the Harvard-MIT Biomedical Engineering Center (BMEC) – all dedicated to applying the rigors of the physical sciences to elucidate fundamental biologic processes and mechanisms of disease.
Dr. Edelman received Bachelor of Science degrees in Bioelectrical Engineering and in Applied Biology from MIT, a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences from MIT, a Ph.D. in Medical Engineering and Medical Physics from MIT, and an M.D. degree from Harvard Medical School. His graduate thesis work, under the direction of Prof. Robert Langer, defined the mathematics of regulated and controlled drug delivery systems. After internal medicine training and clinical fellowship in Cardiovascular Medicine at the BWH he spent six years as a research fellow in the Department of Pathology at Harvard Medical School with Prof. Morris J. Karnovsky working on the biology of vascular repair.
Dr. Edelman is a fellow of the American College of Cardiology, the American Heart Association, the Association of University Cardiologists, the American Society of Clinical Investigation, American Institute of Medical and Biological Engineering, the American Academy of Arts and Sciences, National Academy of Inventors, the Institute of Medicine/National Academy of Medicine, and the National Academy of Engineering. As Chief Scientific Advisor of Science: Translational Medicine he has set the tone for the national debate on translational research and innovation. As co-founder of ASTM F04.03 he helped create standards for cardiovascular implants. He served as a member of FDA’s Science Board and an ORISE fellow in the FDA EIR. For his work bringing cardiovascular translational research to an international level of excellence, the Spanish Parliament and King Juan Carlos awarded Dr. Edelman with the Spanish Order of Civil Merit for his work. Most importantly, Elazer is an avid ice hockey goalie, and with his wife Cheryl are parents to comedian and writer Alexander, Olympic athlete AJ, and Austin.
