You do not need to be a UVU student (or a student of any kind!) to participate. The WE LIFT program is open to all women interested in starting a business or who have already started a business.

Time: 5:00 - 7:00 PM
Where: UVU Main Campus, Science Building Atrium on the first level of the Science Building
Vendor set up begins at 4 PM.
Those arriving later to set up, without giving sufficient notice, may forfeit their space and may not be permitted to participate that day.
Vendors are required to give 48 hours notice if they will not be attending the event.
Vendors must stay until the close of the event. They are not permitted to dismantle their table unless they (1) completely sell out of their items or (2) they experience a personal emergency.
Spaces with one 6x8 table and two chairs will be issued on a first-come first-served basis. Spaces must remain clean. All trash should be taken with you or disposed of in the proper containers provided.
Small business vendors are permitted to bring displays and stands however, if you are bringing an additonal table you MUST notify the event team at the time of registration. We encourage vendors to be as unique as you please with your display, however, loud music is not prohibited. Outlets are available for electronic equipment, but are limited, those needs should be specified at the bottom of the agreement. Vendors are advised to keep products and exhibits to an 8’x8’ display size. Venders with larger displays should give prior notice to the event coordinator.
There is no rental fee, but vendors will need to pay for parking.
UVU Entrepreneurship Institute's WE LIFT program is not responsible for personal injury or any items damaged or stolen during the duration of the event (including load-in, load-out, and the hours of the event). It is the responsibility of each vendor to transport their belongings and to not leave valuables unattended.
UVU Entrepreneurship Institute's WE LIFT program's policy does not cover vendors. Vendors are encouraged to purchase their own event insurance if interested.
Utah Valley University shall be reimbursed for any damage to our property, inside
or out, by you. This includes damage to grounds, vehicles, and any other property
owned by the university.
UVU Entrepreneurship Institute's WE LIFT program is not liable or responsible for any accidents or incidents that occur while vendors, volunteers or patrons are on the exposition floor. In addition, UVU Entrepreneurship Institute's WE LIFT program assumes no liability or responsibility for any effects small business vendor products may have on patrons. Each vendor holds responsibility and liability for their own products and product effects.
Vendors are required to give 48 hours notice if they will not be attending the event. If notice is not given, vendors will be prohibited from participating in the next two pop-up shops hosted by WE LIFT.
We will be using all of our social media outlets (Facebook, Instagram & Website) to feature our Pop-Up Shop vendors. Please make sure you send high quality photos when you apply, so that we may pull from these.
When you submit your application, you acknowledge having read and reviewed the above
Rules and Regulations, which set forth the terms and conditions applicable to vendors
at the UVU Entrepreneurship Institute's WE LIFT Pop-Up Shop. The vendor agreement
and Rules and Regulations shall automatically become a binding legal agreement between
you and the UVU Entrepreneurship Institute.
You will receive a confirmation e-mail within forty-eight (48) hours of application.
This e-mail will confirm your use of an assigned space during the term. We design
the floorplan a few days prior to Pop-Up Shop based on the particular mix of merchants
booked. We will do our best to accommodate any special requests, but do not guarantee
a particular type of space or location. Power outlets are extremely limited, so we
are not able to guarantee access.
YOUR RESERVATION IS NOT COMPLETED UNTIL WE HAVE SENT A CONFIRMATION.
The UVU Entrepreneurship Institute does not guarantee sales. We provide the pop up
space, brand promotion, a network of like minded vendors, and a unique selling experience.
The outcome of your specific sales experience is beyond our control. We do believe
Pop Up Shops are an amazing way to receive real time feedback about your brand, network
with like minded entrepreneurs and make some sales. We can not offer recompense if
you do not sell anything.

Parking at UVU is free in non-paid parking spots after 5 PM! We recommend parking in lot L3--a yellow student lot (directions to the Science Building Atrium from L3) or L1--a green employee lot (directions to the Science Building Atrium from L1). You can also park in the garage for just $1 an hour if you like (directions to the Science Building Atrium from the Parking Garage).

There is none! This event is totally free--unless of course you purchase something from one of the vendors. Register for free.
Yes! Everyone is welcome. UVU has spacious halls that are well-suited for strollers.
Our vendors are all local women who have started or are in the process of starting their own business. Their products include everything from jewelry to portable heating pads for period cramps to sweet treats!
Following CDC guidance, at indoor events, face coverings are now optional for fully vaccinated attendees. We ask non-vaccinated attendees to please continue to wear face coverings while at the event, for the health and well-being of others (exceptions include any state or local mask orders that are still in place).
Each vendor determines what type of payment he or she will take, so particular vendors may accept one or all of the above. There are ATMs just down the hall for those who may need one!
