About Lindsey

Lindsey Zuloaga is a Physicist by training and a passionate problem-solver by nature. She has nearly a decade of experience in academic research focused on experiments and simulations to understand how nanoparticles interact with light and the resulting applications in medicine, sensing, and signal processing. She has a B.S. in Physics from the University of Utah, a M.S. and Ph.D. in Applied Physics from Rice University and she worked as a Postdoctoral Researcher at Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich. Shifting to a career in industry, Lindsey was passionate about working on fast-paced, high-impact projects. She started her Data Science career in the healthcare space, striving to improve the lives of people with chronic health conditions. As the Director of Data Science at HireVue, she is working to completely transform traditional recruiting, interviewing, and training with a video platform that focuses on expression and personality as opposed to just a resume.
